More Than a Story: Concord Worship Christmas Concert featuring Darian Sanders @_dariansanders_
Celebrate the season with us at More Than a Story, the Concord Worship Christmas Concert featuring special guest Darian Sanders! The evening begins at 5:30 PM in our Gathering Space with fun, family-friendly activities, including:
🚂 An Indoor Christmas Train Ride – a magical experience for kids and families!
☕ Hot Chocolate Bar
🍪 Christmas Cookie Decorating
♥ Writing Christmas Cards to a Missionary
🎄 Ornament Decorating
🎶 Silent Disco
Then at 6:30 PM, experience the joy and meaning of Christmas through a powerful concert featuring the Concord Worship Choir and Orchestra, with a special performance by the CCS 3rd & 4th Grade Choir. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
After the concert, stick around for more activities, music, and Christmas cheer in the Gathering Space.

Daniel saw beasts rising, kingdoms falling, and chaos everywhere, not so different from today.
But right in the middle of all that darkness, God showed him something stronger:
a throne that cannot be moved,
a King who cannot be shaken,
and a Kingdom that will never end.
Knowing the end doesn’t make the middle easy,
but it does make it hopeful.
Whatever you’re facing, lift your eyes.
God already wrote the last chapter. ✨

and he stayed steady.

Some days fall apart fast.
Plans crumble. Pressure builds. It feels like survival mode.
Daniel had one of those days, except his ended with lions.
And still, he turned to the same quiet habit he’d had for decades: prayer. Not dramatic. Not desperate. Just faithful.
The crisis didn’t make him courageous.
It revealed the courage God had formed in him over years of trust.
Whoever needs this reminder today:
keep your windows open toward God.
Trust Him in the small, ordinary moments,
and you’ll find Him steady in the big ones.
He’s still shutting the mouths of lions. 🦁✨
